Geneva Taylor joined Powell & Leon as a partner in 2017 and leads the firm’s Houston office. Ms. Taylor focuses her practice on the representation of Texas school districts in all areas of school law with an emphasis on special education and disability law. She has extensive experience in advising clients regarding State and Federal Civil Rights and anti-discrimination laws including but not limited to the IDEA, Section 504, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, and the United States Constitution.
